Mara Porini is situated in the exclusive wildlife conservancy of Ol Kinyei, belonging to a Masaai community who have recently set aside the conservancy as a sanctuary for wildlife. The camp is small, private and intimate, giving guests an exclusive glimpse into the world of outdoor camping in Africa.

Its glorious wilderness with open savannah plains, forest, springs, streams and rivers, rolling hills and spectacular views across the Mara make it one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the Serengeti-Mara eco-system. The abundance of fauna also makes it an extremely sought-after game viewing destination.

The camp consists of 6 fully equipped tents, making provision for a maximum of 12 guests and is ideal for families. Absorb the essence of the Ol Kinyei conservatory on morning, evening and night game drives in custom-built safari vehicles, sundowners at scenic viewing points and escorted walks with indigenous Masaai guides.

Mara Porini is located within the Ol Kinyei Conservancy, less than 18 km from the Masai Mara park boundary. Ol Kinyei Conservancy is 250 km from Nairobi and 16 kms from the Siana airstrip.

Mara Porini provides for all meals and picnic lunches, freshly prepared by the camp chef and served in the main mess tent or on game drives.

In addition, all meals are complemented by free mineral water, sodas, gin & tonic, beer and house wines.

The Porini camp consists of 6 luxury guest tents perched on the banks of the Laetoli, a charming natural spring within Ol Kinyei. Guarded by overshadowing yellow-barked Acacia trees, the tents are spacious and adequately facilitated. They all contain double and single beds, solar electric lights, en-suite bathrooms with a flush toilet and safari shower.
